Oversee conversational UX: prompts, intents, dialogs, context.
Define agent quality metrics: factuality, relevance, latency, cost.

🎯 Requirements

Fluent Polish (spoken and written) – mandatory.
Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Foundry / Azure AI Search knowledge.
Copilot Studio: agents, prompts, tools, integrations.
Azure, Log Analytics, and AI observability for agents.
Entra ID: permissions, OAuth2, access control.
GitHub Actions, Azure Container Registry, CI/CD.
Event-driven architectures: Service Bus, Event Grid, Durable Functions.
On-site 3 days/week; English for documentation and collaboration.
