AI and Data Team Manager

📋 Description

• Lead AI/ML strategy and data systems roadmap for scalable ops.
• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and ML engineers.
• Own end-to-end AI/ML lifecycle: data pipelines, training, deployment, MLOps.
• Guide model development and secure API integration with internal systems (LLM agents).
• Govern large-scale data pipelines for secure multi-tenant datasets.
• Collaborate with security research, product, and platform teams to automate intelligence tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Data Science, ML Eng, or Data Eng; 2+ years in leadership.
• Strong architecture knowledge of LLMs, RAG, prompts, ML Ops, and secure API integration.
• Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Deep expertise with Python, AWS services (S3, Lambda, Batch, Glue, Bedrock, Step Functions, Redshift) and ML frameworks.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end ML pipelines—from data ingestion to deployment, monitoring, and MLOps.
• Ability to design, manage, govern secure data architectures for large-scale, multi-tenant environments.
