AI Adoption & Enablement Lead

📋 Description

• Develop and own the enterprise AI enablement strategy, including training and adoption roadmaps.
• Design and deliver hands-on AI workshops, learning paths, and onboarding programs.
• Bridge AI teams and business units; translate capabilities into practical use cases.
• Build and manage an internal AI community of practice to share learnings.
• Develop governance guardrails and responsible AI usage guidelines.
• Stay current on AI tools and trends; bring insights to the business.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in change management, enterprise transformation, learning & development, or technology adoption.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• Proven track record driving large-scale adoption programs in a matrixed organization.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools (Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) and ability to demo/teach.
• Strong executive presence; ability to influence and communicate at all levels.
• Experience building training content, enablement programs, or internal communications campaigns.
• Partner with HR, L&D, and Communications to embed AI fluency.
• Knowledge of AI ethics, responsible use frameworks, and data privacy principles.
