Lead or co-lead Agile program delivery across initiatives with objectives and success measures.
Facilitate Agile activities (Big Room Planning, PI Planning) to drive alignment.
Maintain initiative roadmaps with milestones and dependencies aligned to priorities.
Monitor delivery flow and capacity; flag risks and propose options for decisions.
Coordinate between Product, Engineering, DevOps; ensure timely escalation for high-impact issues.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical PM experience.
3–5 years in project management, Agile delivery in SaaS or software.
Hands-on experience with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Design).
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence; and tools like Aha!, Jira Align for tracking.
Certifications such as CSM, PSM I/II, SAFe, CAPM/PMP are a plus.
