Lead or co-lead agile program delivery across initiatives.
Facilitate Big Room Planning, PI Planning, backlog refinement, cross-team syncs.
Maintain initiative roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies with stakeholders.
Monitor delivery flow, capacity, risks; propose options or trade-offs.
Coordinate Product, Eng, and DevOps; document decisions and escalation paths.
Provide concise status updates for team and program forums.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, CS, IS, Eng or equivalent experience.
3–5 years in PM/Agile delivery in SaaS/software.
Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Eng, QA, Design, and stakeholders.
Certifications: CSM, PSM I/II, SAFe, CAPM/PMP a plus.
Jira, Confluence, and PM tools like Aha! or Jira Align.
Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and CI/CD practices.
Strong planning, RAID, and stakeholder communication.
