• Coach teams and stakeholders to embed Agile principles and continuous improvement.
• Enable Agile maturity via team coaching and leadership engagement.
• Support Agile transformations focusing on mindset, collaboration and value delivery.
• Facilitate workshops, retrospectives and learning sessions.
• Act as trusted advisor to navigate change and sustain Agile outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Lean thinking and adaptive delivery.
• Experience coaching in regulated or enterprise-scale organisations.
• Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to translate Agile concepts into practical, outcome-focused ways of working.
• Agile coaching or facilitation certifications.
