Your Mission: Join us as one of the first SDRs for the UK market in Lisbon. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for our UK Market, your main mission will be to build and manage a pipeline of companies within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) by working closely with your Account Executive (AE) to generate high-potential opportunities and support your prospects up to the closing stage. You will be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and engaging strategic contacts (CEOs, CFOs, Treasurers) at medium and large companies (€10-200M in revenue) to help them understand the added value of Agicap.
🎯 Your Mission
- Targeted and Personalized Prospecting: Identify and reach out to key decision-makers (CFOs, CEOs, Treasurers) via phone, email, and LinkedIn. Cold Calling is a core part of our strategy.
- In-Depth Needs Qualification: Conduct qualification and discovery meetings using the SPICED method to understand challenges, pain points, and impact.
- Consultative Approach: Demonstrate Agicap's value with tailored use cases and identify strategic partnership opportunities.
- Opportunity Development: Build strong relationships with prospects. SDRs own their pipelines from start to finish, collaborating with the AE up to closing.
- Sales Cycle Support: Ensure alignment of projects handed over to the AE and participate in strategic meetings.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Track KPI metrics and relay feedback to optimize our sales strategy.
- Role Valuation: Our SDRs are highly valued and typically stay in the role for over two years.
📈 Development
- After 18 months, an SDR becomes a fully qualified sales professional who is expert in cash flow management and business oversight.
- Capable of conducting qualification calls with C-level executives.
- Autonomous across the entire sales pipeline (from call to closing with the AE).
- Proactive in sourcing and selecting their own prospecting tools.
- Skilled at handling objections and pitching.
- Proficient with HubSpot and an advanced sales tool stack.
- Able to analyze performance through KPI evaluation.

- Prior sales experience, ideally as an SDR in B2B SaaS or with exposure to high-level contacts (C-level executives).
