Build integration design documents; define end-to-end agentic AI architectures.
Map integration dependencies: APIs, events, SSO, CRMs, ticketing.
Own integration design docs and support Integration Engineers during implementation.
Validate end-to-end solution with QA; guide tests and success criteria.

🎯 Requirements

5-7 years in Solutions Architecture / Implementation or Product Consulting.
Experience designing complex workflows and enterprise integrations.
Ability to gather requirements and translate to technical specs.
Customer-facing consulting experience with strong communication & facilitation skills.
Understanding REST APIs, event-driven systems, and data flows.
Cross-functional collaboration with CSM, engineering, product, QA.
