Agentic Implementation Specialist

📋 Description

• Deploy agentic workflows across customer environments using platform tooling
• Configure agent orchestration logic, triggers, and downstream integrations
• Validate workflow accuracy, reliability, and alignment to customer outcomes
• Debug integration, orchestration, and data flow edge cases across systems
• Develop reusable deployment patterns and playbooks
• Support transitions from early release to GA with repeatable models

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years in technical SaaS implementation or solutions engineering
• Experience with Martech, RevTech, CCaaS, or workflow automation platforms
• Customer-facing technical experience in enterprise or mid-market SaaS
• Familiarity with the Invoca platform and APIs
• APIs, Webhooks, and event-driven systems experience
• Experience debugging multi-system integrations or distributed workflows
