- Own end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI implementations across multiple customers.
- Design and review agentic AI architectures, workflows, and tool orchestration.
- Guide teams on prompt engineering, agent memory, and guardrails.
- Lead customer discovery and onboarding for AI implementations with clear requirements.
- Translate business goals into scalable AI solutions with timelines and success metrics.
- Act as primary escalation point for complex or high-risk customer issues.

- Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, IT, Data Science, or related field.
- 6+ years in AI product implementation, customer success, or technical delivery with leadership.
- Experience supporting US-based, customer-facing deployments.
- Proven ability to lead customer-facing engagements, escalations, and complex implementations.
- Excellent spoken and written English for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience onboarding enterprise AI/automation deployments.
- Hands-on expertise in Agentic AI workflows, prompt engineering, and tool calling.
- Working knowledge of Python, APIs, SaaS tools, and workflow automation.
