  • Own end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI implementations across multiple customers.
  • Design and review agentic AI architectures, workflows, and tool orchestration.
  • Guide teams on prompt engineering, agent memory, and guardrails.
  • Lead customer discovery and onboarding for AI implementations with clear requirements.
  • Translate business goals into scalable AI solutions with timelines and success metrics.
  • Act as primary escalation point for complex or high-risk customer issues.

  • Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, IT, Data Science, or related field.
  • 6+ years in AI product implementation, customer success, or technical delivery with leadership.
  • Experience supporting US-based, customer-facing deployments.
  • Proven ability to lead customer-facing engagements, escalations, and complex implementations.
  • Excellent spoken and written English for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience onboarding enterprise AI/automation deployments.
  • Hands-on expertise in Agentic AI workflows, prompt engineering, and tool calling.
  • Working knowledge of Python, APIs, SaaS tools, and workflow automation.
