  • US-based customer support experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent English; explain technical AI concepts clearly.
  • Lead customer discussions; gather requirements; explain solutions.
  • Strong hands-on with LLMs (GPT-4o, Gemini, Claude, etc.).
  • Generative AI, prompts, and workflow design knowledge.
  • Basic Python, APIs, and SaaS tools.
  • Experience in customer support/onboarding/technical implementation.
  • Manage hallucinations, constraints, and safe AI outputs.
  • Workflow builders and no-code automation experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work night shifts with global teams.
