Fine-tune NLP models/pipelines (classification, summarization, conversational AI) with PyTorch & HuggingFace.
Collaborate with teams to integrate research into production pipelines.
Evaluate model performance with appropriate metrics and drive improvements.
Stay current with NLP/ML advances and drive innovation.

🎯 Requirements

Rising college senior or higher in CS/AI/NLP or related field.
Strong Python programming with data analysis interest.
Familiarity with PyTorch and Scikit-learn.
Experience with generative AI/NLP tools and HuggingFace Transformers.
Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic).
Problem-solving and passion for AI innovation.
