- Recent college graduate pursuing a career in sales, customer success, or partnerships.
- Strong interest in learning real estate and developing consultative sales skills.
- Comfort with outbound calls, emails, and texts; ability to build rapport with professionals.
- Coachable, growth‑oriented mindset; open to feedback and rapid learning.
- Strong ownership and follow‑through; organized and reliable through onboarding.
- Comfort with modern tools (HubSpot, Zoom, Zoom Phone, mobile apps) and eager to learn.
