- Provide 1:1 onboarding support for tech issues and inquiries.

- 2-3 years of relevant ops or support experience
- Proficient in ClickUp, Slack, and a CRM (Follow Up Boss preferred)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor; foster positive stakeholder interactions
