Remote, full-time Agent Success Associate reporting to the Senior Manager, Transaction Operations.
Work Central Time hours 8am–5pm CST; includes one Saturday per month.
Collaborate with Training and Product teams to support agents.

🎯 Requirements

2–3 years of operations or support experience.
Proficient in ClickUp, Slack, and a CRM tool (Follow Up Boss preferred).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor; foster positive stakeholder interactions.
