Job Title: Social Media Manager
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9AM to 6PM EST
Salary: $2,000-$3000/month (DOE)
Location: LATAM (Remote)
Our client is a boutique social media agency helping consumer brands in the beauty industry grow their brands with strategy-driven, creative content. They partner with both indie and established brands to create meaningful social experiences that inspire communities and drive measurable growth.
We are looking for a Social Media Manager with previous US agency experience working with large beauty brands or brands with similar aesthetics. This person will play a critical role in managing client relationships, building strategies, and executing impactful social campaigns across key platforms.
Client Management & Strategy
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, collaborative relationships.
Communicate strategy and execution plans clearly, presenting results and insights through compelling reporting and storytelling.
Ensure strategies align with client goals while balancing brand voice, growth, and engagement.
Content Planning & Execution
Build monthly content calendars, curate content, and brief designers to deliver high-quality, on-brand creative.
Collaborate with internal designers and external resources to ensure timely delivery of assets.
Stay ahead of social trends and platform updates (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
Project Management
Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, keeping projects organized and on schedule.
Coordinate client approvals and feedback loops, ensuring content meets the high standards of larger brands.
Use project management tools (Monday, Slack) to streamline communication and workflows.
Performance & Analysis
Track, measure, and report on performance KPIs tailored to each client such as follower growth, engagement, reach, and conversions.
Analyze results to provide actionable insights that drive future strategy.
Demonstrate proven ability to scale brand presence across platforms with measurable results.
4–6+ years of social media management experience at a US-based agency, working with beauty, luxury, or social-first brands.
Experience managing large clients, with familiarity navigating structured approval processes.
Proven track record of growing social accounts and improving engagement metrics on Instagram and TikTok (other platforms like YouTube Shorts would be a plus).
Highly customer-centric, with excellent relationship management and communication skills.
Strong project management abilities — able to juggle multiple clients, deadlines, and campaigns with precision.
Analytical mindset with the ability to tell a story through data and reporting.
Familiarity with tools including Monday, SproutSocial, Slack, and Canva.
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
