Foundational member of the new estimating division; scale the team.
Receive plans, perform takeoffs, and estimate large-ticket commercial builds.
Manage a portfolio across New Construction, Finish Outs, and TI.
Coordinate multi-trade specialists (Architectural, MEP).
Partner with Director of Business Development and Director of Operations on handoffs.
Recommend tools to improve efficiency of estimating processes.

🎯 Requirements

Experience: 10+ years in commercial construction estimating; minimum 6+ years.
Industry Knowledge: Background in architectural engineering, MEP, or large-scale firm.
Senior Expertise: Ability to work independently with zero coaching.
Technical Proficiency: Procore and PlanSwift; Bluebeam preferred; MS Office 365 / Teams.
Soft Skills: Urgency, energetic attitude, team-first, strong English communication.
Growth-Minded: Eager to learn, share knowledge; bilingual English/French a plus.
