Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $1,300–$1,500 USD/month base + performance-based commission
Location: Remote
About the Role: We are a fast-growing recruiting agency placing top global talent into U.S. companies. We’re building a strong sales engine and looking for someone driven, confident on calls, and highly organized.
Responsibilities
Call and qualify inbound leads quickly (speed-to-lead mentality).
Book meetings with qualified prospects for the sales team.
Use scripts, objection handling, and follow-up sequences effectively.
Maintain high daily activity levels (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach).
Keep the CRM clean, organized, and fully updated at all times.
Log all communication and move leads correctly through the pipeline.
Track weekly metrics: meetings booked, activity levels, conversion rates.
Provide feedback on lead quality and common objections.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve process and handoff quality.
Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English
SDR / inside sales experience
Confidence on phone and video calls
Familiarity with recruiting or HR services
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience using CRM tools (Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar)
