Project Manager with FreshTri

Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Remote, LATAM
Working hours: 9-5pm PST

What you'll do:

• Coordinate cross-functional projects across Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams.

• Manage timelines, tasks, and workflows using Teamwork Projects (similar to Asana or other popular project management softwares)

• Serve as a strong task manager, ensuring all action items are captured, assigned, and completed on time.

• Work closely with project leads who are responsible for execution, guiding them to follow the established process and stay on track.

• Ensure all teams are aligned on project goals, milestones, and deliverables.

• Facilitate regular check-ins, standups, and status updates.

• Track project progress, identify blockers, and escalate issues when needed.

• Help prioritize tasks and resources to keep projects on schedule.

• Maintain clear documentation and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• You have worked at US-based startups before

• 3+ years of experience
