Outbound DM Setter & Marketing Assistant (Part-Time | Remote)

We’re now looking for a part-time Outbound DM Setter & Marketing Assistant who loves meaningful conversations, enjoys following clear systems, and thrives on seeing real results.

What You’ll Do

💬 Core Responsibilities (≈3 hrs/day)

  • Send ~100 personalized outreach messages weekly (scripts + your own personality).

  • Start and manage conversations with potential clients.

  • Qualify leads, build rapport, and follow up consistently.

  • Encourage prospects to book calls or hand over to the founder when needed.

Secondary Tasks (≈1 hr/day)

  • Keep CRM and outreach trackers updated daily.

  • Build and enrich prospect lists using AI tools.

  • Monitor DMs, notifications, and reminders so nothing slips through the cracks.

  • A good day = 30+ new conversations, a few calls booked, and everything updated neatly.

Who You Are

  • Strong English communicator — clear, concise, and thoughtful.

  • Has some sales or outreach experience (DMs, emails, cold calls, etc.).

  • Detail-oriented and organized — you love checklists.

  • Reliable internet connection.

  • Resourceful — you try to solve problems before asking for help.

How We Work

  • 20 hours/week, flexible schedule

  • 100% remote

  • Weekly 30–60 min check-in calls

  • Tools: Notion, Loom, WhatsApp

  • Culture: No micromanagement. Clear communication + autonomy.
