About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and bilingual (Spanish/English) Operations Lead to serve as the right hand to our CEO. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and can bridge the gap between leadership and fulfillment teams. You will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, ensuring quality standards, and fostering effective communication across the organization.

The ideal candidate brings a strong marketing background, hands-on experience with project management tools, and the confidence to take initiative, solve problems, and challenge the status quo when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct operational support to the CEO in executing strategic initiatives and managing daily operations.

  • Act as the liaison between leadership and fulfillment teams, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and accountability.

  • Oversee quality assurance processes for deliverables and client projects.

  • Support the integration of newly acquired companies, including onboarding, process documentation, and team coordination.

  • Manage and optimize workflows using tools such as GoHighLevel, ClickUp, and other project management/automation platforms.

  • Assist with client communications and represent the company in client-facing situations when needed.

  • Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing, reporting, and basic financial tracking.

  • Collaborate effectively with international teams, including virtual assistants and project managers.

  • Contribute to building and maintaining a positive, high-performance remote team culture.

Requirements

  • Must be bilingual in Spanish and English (required).

  • Must have a marketing background with relevant experience.

  • Should have proven experience working with quality assurance processes and fulfillment teams.

  • Must be proficient in GoHighLevel (or similar CRM), ClickUp, and other project management tools.

  • Comfortable handling client-facing responsibilities

  • Background in property management, marketing, or customer acquisition

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment
