Job Title: NetSuite Administrator

Location: LATAM - REMOTE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm Central Time
Salary: $2000 to $2500

About the Role

We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced NetSuite Administrator to oversee inventory management and maintain the integration between NetSuite and our e-commerce platform (BigCommerce). The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of NetSuite, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate product and inventory data within NetSuite

• Upload and update product information including descriptions, images, pricing, costs, quantity, and location

• Oversee data flow and maintain integration between NetSuite and BigCommerce

• Collaborate with the website manager to ensure data accuracy and completeness on the e-commerce platform

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product data, inventory, and system integration

• Communicate with vendors as needed to gather and upload product assets

• Participate in a weekly 1-hour team call and maintain communication via email and text

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite administration

• Strong understanding of NetSuite inventory management

• Comfortable performing bulk uploads and managing large product catalogs

• Self-starter with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Must be able to work Central Time hours (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm)

Preferred Qualifications

• NetSuite certification(s)

• Experience with BigCommerce or other e-commerce platforms

• Experience working with remote or international teams

Performance Metrics

• Timely and accurate upload of vendor product data

• Consistent maintenance of accurate inventory records

• Smooth and reliable operation of NetSuite–BigCommerce integration

• Proactive identification and resolution of issues
