Agent Management Analyst

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of agents (intake through retirement); maintain centralized inventory and publish/version/decommission controls.
• Coordinate agent validation and QA (safety, security, functional testing) to meet readiness standards before rollout.
• Enforce governance by applying sensitivity labels, data loss prevention policies, audit logging, and access controls.
• Ensure agents adhere to enterprise security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Review, approve, and monitor agent integrations and connector usage; partner with internal teams for secure, compliant integrations.
• Maintain documentation for agent processes (intake criteria, testing requirements, approval workflows, release practices) and coordinate remediation; identify improvement avenues.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or related discipline.
• Understanding of lifecycle management, governance practices and quality assurance principles.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure usage insights, and Microsoft 365 security controls.
• Experience in applying data loss prevention policies, sensitivity labels, and audit requirements.
• Ability to review integrations and connector usage for security, compliance and proper configuration.
• Experience with platform performance optimization and troubleshooting.
