We are scaling aggressively and are now seeking the second-highest seat in the company — a Head of Operations who can turn complexity into predictable revenue, eliminate friction at every level, and ensure the company performs like a weapon, not a startup.
About the Role
The Head of Operations is the operational owner of the entire business. You will architect and lead all systems, teams, and execution rhythms that drive growth, scale, output, and margin.
Your mission:
Turn chaos into a predictable, unbreakable operating system that scales beyond $100M.
You own everything that touches money, execution, people, supply chain, and operational velocity.
This role requires an elite operator — someone who has already scaled a $20M+ ecommerce/CPG/supplement brand and knows exactly how to install structure, discipline, and high-performance culture at speed.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership & Execution
Build, refine, and enforce the Formulation Operating System (FOS):
Daily SOD/EOD
Weekly war rooms
KPI dashboards
Real-time accountability
Ensure the CEO never has to chase execution or follow-ups.
Identify friction across the company and eliminate it with urgency.
Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Fulfillment
Own end-to-end supply chain planning, production, forecasting, and coordination.
Oversee DTC fulfillment (Shopify), subscription health, inventory management, and LTV optimization.
Improve margins through strategic cost management and operational efficiency.
Amazon Operations
Lead Amazon Seller Central operations including listings, PPC, inventory, rankings, and velocity.
Build systems to ensure zero revenue is lost from operational errors.
Team Leadership & Organizational Build-Out
Scale the team from 8 → 25+ over the next 18 months.
Own hiring, firing, upgrading, onboarding, and performance management.
Create a culture of speed, precision, and extreme ownership.
Systems, SOPs & Operational Infrastructure
Build and maintain all SOPs, Notion systems, dashboards, and operational cadences.
Install tools and workflows that create real-time visibility and seamless execution.
Required Technical & Operational Qualifications
These are non-negotiable:
Past experience scaling operations for a $20M–$100M+ e-commerce/CPG/supplement brand
Mastery in building and leading remote teams of 15–40+
Proven ability to remove weak links and upgrade teams quickly
Strong command of:
Supply chain & manufacturing
Amazon Seller Central
DTC (Shopify, subscriptions, fulfillment)
KPI dashboards, operating systems, and SOP structure
A track record of turning operational chaos into predictable growth engines
Calm, decisive, zero-excuse leadership under pressure
