Executive Assistant
Location: Remote (Anywhere in LATAM)
Hours: 9 am - 5 pm EST
Compensation: $3000/month
Job Type: Contractor, 40 hr/week
Our client is scaling fast—and their CEO needs an exceptional Executive Assistant to help drive organization, focus, and execution across the company. You’ll work closely with the CEO to manage his schedule, communications, and administrative operations, ensuring that priorities are met and decisions move forward efficiently.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and wants to learn the inner workings of a high-growth startup.
Own the CEO’s calendar – coordinate meetings, travel, and daily logistics across multiple time zones.
Streamline workflows – manage meeting prep, follow-ups, and action tracking to keep priorities on schedule.
Support communication – draft and organize internal/external correspondence, presentations, and documentation.
Enable strategic focus – anticipate needs, flag deadlines, and ensure the CEO’s time aligns with company priorities.
Support company operations – assist with onboarding, vendor coordination, HR administration, and expense tracking.
Support team-wide initiatives – help organize offsites, board meetings, and team events alongside the Operations team.
Maintain confidentiality – handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
4+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Operations, or Chief of Staff role (startup or high-growth environment a plus).
Excellent organization and multitasking skills with obsessive attention to detail.
Clear, concise communicator—both written and verbal.
Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel, Notion, Slack, and scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly).
Proven ability to anticipate needs and manage up effectively.
Comfortable working independently in a distributed team across time zones.
