Compensation: $3000-$4000/month (Salary based on assessment)

Job Description:

We are currently in search of a DevOps Infrastructure Engineer to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with AWS - particularly the Elastic Beanstalk stack, CloudFront, Simple Email Service, Route 53, S3 and Lambda - as well as has experience maintaining AI infrastructure with LangChain and observability using Grafana. They will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our infrastructure to support our growing user base.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain AWS infrastructure using best practices.
• Manage and automate deployment pipelines for applications hosted on Elastic Beanstalk with an RDS database and several support Lambda functions.
• Implement, maintain & optimize Langchain infrastructure for AI applications throughout the site
• Configure and optimize CloudFront distributions for improved performance and scalability.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Route 53 DNS configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement infrastructure improvements.
• Monitor system performance and implement necessary optimizations to ensure reliability and scalability.

Requirements: Must-haves:

• Proficiency in AWS services, including Elastic Beanstalk, CloudFront, S3 and Lambda.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure as code principles and experience with tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes is a plus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (CircleCI or Github Actions) and automated testing frameworks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Availability and willingness to operate within the Eastern Standard Time (EST) timezone.
