Design customer experiences for AI agents, from FAQs to complex conversations
Implement and maintain agents via Agent Studio and Python
Measure impact with metrics on performance and customer satisfaction
Listen to real customer interactions to prioritise improvements
Help engineering ensure Generative AI implementations are effective, accurate and safe

🎯 Requirements

BS/MS in Interaction Design, Linguistics, HCI, AI, CS or related field
Foundational Python knowledge: variables, lists, loops, conditionals, functions
Experience with LLMs and Generative AI
Strong focus on user experience with attention to detail and consistency
Ability to explain complex ideas with clear, inclusive language
Ability to craft conversational UX copy guiding users through journeys
