🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in a technical or design-adjacent role at a tech company.
- 3+ years of people management experience.
- Comfortable owning a team whose craft is conversation design.
- Proficiency in Python; comfortable reading and engaging with code.
- Experience with conversational AI, prompt engineering, and context management.
- Familiarity with LLMs and tool-calling patterns.
