We are an operational advisory firm/fractional COO that partners with founders and leadership teams to streamline operations, scale infrastructure, and drive performance across growing businesses. We work with a portfolio of clients across multiple industries, helping them execute strategic initiatives and optimize business performance.
We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to serve as the founder’s right hand—someone who thrives on surfacing actionable insights quickly, and helping drive execution across multiple clients and internal initiatives.
This is a highly dynamic and cross-functional role supporting the Founder and Fractional COO. The Chief of Staff will manage key operational initiatives, conduct strategic research, build polished materials for clients, and ensure that priorities stay on track across multiple engagements.
The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and proactive—and can operate with minimal direction, synthesize information quickly, and communicate with clarity and professionalism.
(Will vary from week to week based on client needs and internal priorities)
Research & Analysis: Conduct strategic research across a range of topics—from market trends and vendors to client-specific initiatives—and synthesize insights into clear, structured briefs to support internal and client decision-making.
Data Review & Performance Insights: Analyze client and operational data (ex. marketing campaign data) to identify patterns, opportunities for improvement, and actionable recommendations.
Client Deliverables: Transform rough notes, outlines, and voice memos into clear, professional slide decks, memos, and client-facing documentation.
KPI Management: Maintain and update performance dashboards, trackers, and KPIs across Google Sheets, Notion, and related tools.
Process Optimization: Draft and organize process documentation, SOPs, and playbooks to standardize operations and improve efficiency.
Operational Support: Handle light scheduling, meeting preparation, and follow-up tasks to ensure projects move forward seamlessly.
Experience: 4+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or chief of staff–type roles.
Background in management consulting (e.g., Deloitte, EY, BCG, etc.) or strategic operations preferred.
Structured Thinking: Comfortable turning unstructured ideas into clear, actionable outputs.
Analytical Mindset: Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work with data and KPIs.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills; able to draft concise, professional materials.
Design Fluency: Proficient in Google Slides or PowerPoint; able to produce clean, visually appealing decks.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Pipedrive, HubSpot, and similar platforms.
Excel/Sheets Proficiency: Confident with formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and general analysis functions.
Proactive & Self-Directed: Comfortable managing shifting priorities and working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Client-Facing Presence: Professional, reliable, and comfortable interacting directly with executives and clients.
Cultural Fit: A thoughtful, curious critical thinker who isn’t afraid to challenge assumptions and continuously seek better ways of doing things.
