🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 3-5+ years direct accounting experience
- ERP systems experience (DualEntry preferred)
- Strong close, reconciliations, and financial statements
- Excellent written and spoken English; ability to work independently
- Real estate accounting experience preferred (multi-property)
