Agent Assist Product Manager

📋 Description

• Work with customers and teams to identify needs and translate into requirements.
• Define and maintain the roadmap and backlogs for owned areas.
• Partner with engineering to discuss architecture, ML/AI feasibility, and scalability.
• Collaborate with Professional Services to implement playbooks for deployments.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in product management with measurable impact.
• Strong AI/ML thinking; turn ambiguous problems into clear requirements.
• Evaluate AI/ML solutions and define what good looks like.
• Cross-functional collaboration for product launches.
• Analytical, data-driven; leverage metrics and user feedback.
• Create early prototypes using AI tools (e.g., v0, Proto).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
