AI Product Manager

Job Title: Product Manager (AI-Forward | Ops-Focused)
Location: Remote - Anywhere from LATAM
Compensation: $7,500–$9,500 USD/month

About the client

We’re reimagining travel operations through AI-native workflows. Our AI-powered travel command center blends human touch with intelligent automation to deliver seamless travel planning. As we prepare to launch our mobile app and scale backend operations, we’re looking for a Product Manager to serve as the operational engine behind that growth.

This is a high-ownership, tactical product role. You’ll work closely with our co-founders, designers, and globally distributed engineering team to ensure fast, aligned product delivery that supports our operational backbone.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clear product specs, prioritize features, and manage QA/testing
  

• Gather and integrate feedback from internal teams and users
  

• Collaborate daily with executives, design, and engineering to drive roadmap execution
  

Build AI-Driven Workflows

• Design and test agentic workflows (e.g., AI agents handling pricing, bookings, customer alerts)
  

• Integrate AI APIs and tools to streamline internal processes and improve efficiency
  

Operational Optimization

• Partner with operations to identify bottlenecks and areas for automation
  

• Focus on backend systems that power bookings and logistics, not just customer-facing features
  

• Understand and refine internal routing and dispatch-like systems (similar to Uber's engine)
  

Requirements

Must-Haves

• 4+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment
  

• Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflows
  

• Familiarity with building or testing AI agents and agentic flows
  

• Skilled in writing specs, managing remote teams, and working in tight feedback loops
  

• Excellent async communication skills (across time zones)
  

• Willingness to travel to the U.S. quarterly for team syncs
  

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in travel, logistics, marketplaces, or internal tooling
  

• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Jira, or similar PM stacks
  

• Background in launching MVPs and iterating based on user behavior
