  • Follow up with clients who haven't submitted documents
  • Make outbound calls/messages/video check-ins to re-engage clients
  • Manage backend workflows and data collection
  • Light calendar (Calendly) and email filtering support
  • Update, create and manage pipelines in TaxDome

  • Strong English communication (email and phone)
  • Comfortable making outbound client calls
  • Experience with TaxDome or similar CRM tools
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks, tax prep or bookkeeping
  • Highly organized and able to work independently
  • Strong confidentiality and data security
