Location: Remote (LATAM)
Working Hours: Full time - Monday to Friday (flexible hours, with availability to overlap EST hours for client support or daily meetings)
Languages: Fluent in English & Spanish (Portuguese a plus)
Compensation: $1,500-$2,000 USD

Our client is a 40+ year-old company specializing in the service, repair, refurbishment, and resale of neuro-diagnostic equipment. We are growing our team and looking for a proactive, bilingual Administrative & Customer Support Associate to help us manage day-to-day operations and provide exceptional service to our customers across the Americas.
About the opportunity
This role combines administrative support with customer service responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling customer inquiries while also supporting internal processes such as invoicing, shipping coordination, and CRM updates.
Key Responsibilities
Support customer inquiries via email, phone, and WhatsApp (in English & Spanish).
Assist with creating and processing quotes, invoices, and purchase orders.
Coordinate with logistics/freight forwarders for shipments, including export paperwork.
Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot, Quickbooks).
Follow up with customers on service tickets, sales, and payments.
Provide administrative support to the sales and operations teams.
Qualifications
Prior administrative or customer service experience required.
Bilingual: English & Spanish required (Portuguese a plus).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; CRM or ERP familiarity a plus.
Team player with a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
