Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Type: Full-time, Remote

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM PST/EST

Salary: 1,500 – 2,000 USD/month (based on assessment)

About the Role

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist who brings both reliability in handling core AP functions and a passion for learning new tools and processes. The ideal candidate has a strong technological aptitude, embraces a growth mindset, and is eager to contribute to both routine and evolving financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately and timely process and enter vendor invoices.

• Ensure all AP transactions comply with company policies and controls.

• Assist with reconciliations and vendor statement reviews.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Ability and willingness to learn and use AI/automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for analysis and process improvements.

• High comfort level with new technologies and systems.

• Experience with Microsoft GP is preferred, but not required.
