Invisible Agency is seeking a Video/Image & Media Production Expert (SME) to lead end-to-end media production for client campaigns. This remote role requires expert-level proficiency in video and image creation, post-production, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Role overview

As a Video/Image & Media Production Expert, you will own the media production lifecycle from concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality assets that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals. You will work with marketing, design, and product teams across global programs.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute video shoots and photo sessions (remote and on-location as needed)
Lead end-to-end post-production including editing, color grading, sound design, and asset delivery
Develop creative concepts and storylines in collaboration with stakeholders
Manage production timelines, budgets, and asset organization
Ensure content adheres to brand standards and accessibility requirements
Mentor junior team members and freelancers when appropriate

Requirements

5+ years of professional video production and media creation experience
Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro
Strong knowledge of lighting, audio capture, and color grading
Experience with drone videography/photography is a plus
Excellent storytelling, collaboration, and project management skills
Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment

Nice-to-have

Motion graphics or basic 3D skills
Bilingual in English; additional languages are a bonus
