Invisible Agency is seeking a Thai Voice Acting Specialist - AI Trainer to help build high-quality Thai voice data for AI-powered applications. This remote role collaborates with engineers, linguists, and product teams to create, curate, and optimize Thai voice assets used in speech synthesis and natural language understanding.

Responsibilities

Develop and curate Thai voice datasets for AI training and speech synthesis models.
Annotate, validate, and quality-check Thai voice recordings and transcripts.
Collaborate with ML engineers to improve natural language understanding and pronunciation accuracy for Thai language.
Experiment with prompts, test outputs, and provide feedback to improve model performance.
Document data collection processes and ensure compliance with data policies.

Requirements

Native Thai speaker with clear pronunciation.
Experience in voice acting, VO work, or linguistics is a plus.
Familiarity with AI, ML, NLP concepts, and data annotation is desirable.
Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working remotely with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage datasets, track quality metrics, and meet deadlines.

Remote (Worldwide). This is a remote-first role with flexible hours.
