Role Overview

The Tagalog Voice Acting Specialist - AI Trainer is responsible for creating high-quality Tagalog voice recordings for AI training datasets, ensuring accurate pronunciation, intonation, and natural delivery. You will collaborate with AI/ML engineers to improve Tamil language speech models and localization workflows, helping to train, test, and validate voice-enabled products.

Responsibilities

Record clear, natural Tagalog voice samples for AI training datasets.
Review and annotate voice data for accuracy, pronunciation, rhythm, and intonation.
Collaborate with AI/ML engineering teams to improve speech synthesis and voice recognition models in Tagalog.
Localize scripts and ensure cultural and linguistic accuracy for diverse audiences.
Follow project guidelines, maintain organized data and metadata, and meet production timelines.
Provide constructive feedback on model outputs and contribute to dataset quality improvements.
Participate in remote collaboration and regular stand-ups as needed.

Requirements

Native or fluent Tagalog speaker with excellent pronunciation and clear enunciation.
Experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, or VO work.
Interest in AI, machine learning, and speech technologies; comfortable with data-driven workflows.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow scripts and guidelines precisely.
Remote-friendly with reliable recording setup or access to a home studio; good communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while collaborating with a distributed team.
