Job Description

As a Swedish Language Specialist – AI Trainer you will curate and annotate Swedish language data, assist in training AI models, and evaluate model outputs to ensure high-quality linguistic representations.

What you'll do

Curate Swedish language datasets for AI training
Annotate text for linguistic features (syntax, semantics, pragmatics)
Collaborate with engineers and product teams to improve NLP models
Evaluate model outputs and provide actionable feedback
Help define data quality standards and guidelines

Requirements

Fluent in Swedish with excellent written and spoken proficiency
Experience in data labeling/annotation or language-related AI training is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote setting
Comfort with remote collaboration tools and fast-paced environments
