Invisible Agency is seeking a STEM Specialist fluent in Swedish to support AI training initiatives. This remote role will help design and deliver AI training materials, annotate data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve model performance.
Responsibilities
- Provide Swedish-language data labeling and annotation for AI training datasets.
- Collaborate with AI engineers to define training tasks and evaluation criteria.
- Create and refine training materials, tutorials, and guidelines for internal teams.
- Perform quality checks and provide feedback to improve data quality.
- Support model evaluation and error analysis.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Swedish (written and spoken).
- Strong STEM background (science, technology, engineering, or math).
- Interest in AI and machine learning.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, global team.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
