STEM Specialist (Fluent in Spanish – Latin America) – AI Trainer

Job Description

Invisible Agency is seeking a STEM Specialist fluent in Spanish to support our Latin America AI training initiatives. In this role, you will design, deliver, and continuously improve AI-focused STEM training materials for Spanish-speaking learners across Latin America. You will translate complex AI concepts into clear, engaging content and facilitate hands-on sessions to build practical skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver AI/ML training content tailored for Spanish-speaking learners in Latin America.
• Translate technical material from English to Spanish and adapt it for regional contexts.
• Create curricula, slide decks, hands-on labs, assessments, and job aids.
• Lead live virtual or in-person training sessions; facilitate discussions and Q&A.
• Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to align training with current AI initiatives.
• Measure learning impact, track progress, and iterate materials based on feedback.
• Provide coaching and ongoing support to learners and teams across the region.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish with excellent written and spoken communication; proficiency in English is a plus.
• STEM degree or equivalent experience in science, technology, engineering, or math.
• Experience designing and delivering instructional materials or trainings (preferably in AI/ML or data science).
• Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms and adapt content to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with online learning platforms, virtual classrooms, and instructional design best practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with remote teams; may require travel within Latin America.
