Invisible Agency is seeking a STEM Specialist (Fluent in Japanese) to join our remote AI training team. This role requires a strong STEM background and native or proficient Japanese language skills to help develop and curate training materials and datasets for AI projects.
Responsibilities
- Design STEM curricula and training materials for AI education programs.
- Prepare, annotate, and curate datasets for machine learning models.
- Evaluate model outputs and provide actionable feedback to engineering teams.
- Translate materials into Japanese and ensure content accuracy in multiple languages.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve AI systems.
Requirements
- Fluent in Japanese (written and spoken).
- Strong STEM background (degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
- Experience with data labeling, ML workflows, or educational content development is a plus.
