STEM Specialist (Fluent in Italian) – AI Trainer

Role overview

Invisible Agency is seeking a STEM Specialist fluent in Italian to join our remote AI training team. This is a worldwide, fully remote position designed for someone who can bridge STEM expertise with clear Italian communication to improve AI models and educational content.

What you'll do

• Design, curate, and annotate STEM-focused training data to support AI model development
• Create and adapt Italian-language educational materials and learning content
• Validate data quality, ensure accuracy, and document processes for reproducibility
• Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to align training tasks with project goals
• Monitor model performance in real-world scenarios and provide feedback for improvements
• Maintain clear documentation and guidelines for data handling and curriculum development

Requirements

• Fluent in Italian with excellent written and spoken communication
• Strong STEM background (science, technology, engineering, or related fields)
• Experience with data labeling/annotation or educational content creation is a plus
• Comfort with remote, asynchronous collaboration and self-motivated work style
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and create organized, learner-friendly material
