Overview

Invisible Agency is looking for a Spanish (Mexico) Language Expert to join our AI training team. This remote role focuses on curating, validating, and annotating Spanish (Mexico) data to improve the performance and accuracy of AI models.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and annotate Spanish (Mexico) language data for AI model training.
• Assess model outputs for accuracy in Mexican Spanish, tone, and regional nuances.
• Develop and document guidelines for data annotation and linguistic quality control.
• Collaborate with ML engineers and product teams to align data quality with project goals.
• Maintain clear documentation and ensure data handling complies with privacy and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Native or fluent proficiency in Spanish (Mexico).
• Experience with language data labeling, transcription, or linguistic quality assurance.
• Familiarity with NLP concepts, text preprocessing, and annotation tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with AI model training or localization for Spanish dialects.
