Responsibilities

Annotate, transcribe, and validate Spanish (Chile) language data for AI training
Assist in the creation and refinement of language datasets to improve model performance
Maintain data quality, consistency, and thorough documentation of processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and deadlines
Provide feedback on data collection processes to optimize future training tasks

Qualifications

Native or fluent Spanish speaker with proficiency in Chilean Spanish
Experience with data labeling, language annotation, or AI training is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote setting
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
