Role Overview

As a Spanish (Caribbean) Language Specialist- AI Trainer, you will annotate, validate, and QA Caribbean Spanish datasets, ensuring accuracy and consistency for NLP/AI applications. This is a remote, worldwide opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Curate, annotate, and validate Caribbean Spanish language data for AI training datasets
• Review transcripts, translations, and audio data for accuracy
• Develop and follow annotation guidelines; contribute to data quality metrics
• Collaborate with ML engineers and data scientists to refine labeling processes
• Document processes and maintain dataset documentation
• Meet project deadlines with high attention to detail

Requirements

• Native or fluent in Caribbean Spanish; excellent grammar and regional vocabulary
• Experience with data labeling/annotation for NLP or AI (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team
• Good communication skills and reliable time management
