Overview
Invisible Agency is seeking a Sound Engineering Specialist – AI Trainer to join our remote, globally distributed team. In this role you will help build and refine audio data pipelines and sound-based AI models.
Responsibilities
- Design and curate high-quality audio datasets for AI training
- Develop audio preprocessing and feature extraction pipelines (DSP)
- Collaborate with machine learning engineers to define evaluation metrics and benchmarks
- Validate model performance through listening tests and objective measures
- Create and maintain documentation, scripts, and workflows to scale audio training
- Ensure data quality, labeling consistency, and data versioning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Audio Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years in audio engineering, DSP, or ML data preparation
- Proficiency with Python and audio libraries (e.g., librosa, SciPy)
- Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch) is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
