Invisible Agency is seeking a Science Specialist (Fluent in Russian) – AI Trainer to join our remote, globally distributed team.

Role

As an AI Trainer, you will help improve AI models by preparing high-quality Russian-language datasets, performing quality assurance, and supporting model evaluation. You will collaborate with engineers and researchers to ensure data integrity and help shape tooling and processes.

Responsibilities

Create, curate, and label Russian-language training data for AI models
Perform QA and validation of labeled data
Identify data gaps and edge cases; contribute to data strategy
Collaborate with engineers and researchers to refine data criteria and tooling
Document processes and maintain dataset documentation

Requirements

Fluent Russian (written and spoken)
Experience with data labeling, data curation, or AI training datasets
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Basic understanding of machine learning concepts is a plus
