Invisible Agency is seeking a skilled Russian Language Specialist – AI Trainer to join our remote-friendly team. This fully remote role focuses on building and refining multilingual AI systems by curating Russian-language data, annotating data, and validating model outputs.

Responsibilities

• Collect, annotate, and curate Russian-language data for AI training and evaluation.
• Develop and follow labeling guidelines to ensure high-quality datasets.
• Validate AI model outputs in Russian and provide actionable feedback for improvements.
• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to design training tasks and data pipelines.
• Document processes and maintain data privacy and security standards.
• Contribute to data quality audits and optimize annotation workflows.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Russian language skills; strong proficiency in English.
• Experience with data labeling/annotation for NLP or ML projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with NLP concepts (tokenization, intents, entities) is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
