Overview

As an AI Trainer in Radiological Health, you will curate and label datasets, supervise model training, and ensure data quality and privacy compliance for healthcare AI initiatives at Invisible Agency. This position is fully remote and worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data science and radiology teams to define training data requirements for AI models.
• Prepare, annotate, and curate training datasets; ensure data quality and privacy compliance.
• Train and evaluate machine learning models for radiology tasks using Python and ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Monitor model performance, define evaluation metrics, and iterate on data and model improvements.
• Document processes and create materials to support knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s or higher degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Radiology, or a related field.
• Experience with Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and data labeling tools.
• Familiarity with radiology, medical imaging, and domain-specific terminology is a plus.
• Strong communication and ability to collaborate in a remote, cross-functional environment.
• Understanding of data privacy and regulatory considerations in healthcare.
